The Spring USA SRC-261SS MAX Induction™ Range Electric Countertop with Portable Wood Cabinet is a versatile and advanced cooking solution tailored for modern culinary environments. Measuring 15-1/8 inches in width, 20-1/4 inches in depth, and 6 inches in height, this induction range is compact yet powerful, featuring a single burner. The range is equipped with SmartScan® technology, enhancing safety with over/under voltage protection and pan size and type recognition. Its large LED power and temperature display ensures easy monitoring of cooking parameters. The 5mm tempered glass top and sealed induction base with a flanged cooking surface offer durability and ease of cleaning. A separate control panel with a 36-inch cable provides operational flexibility. The silicone rubber protective top seal adds an extra layer of safety. The range operates in two modes: cook or temp, with a knob-set thermostat control and lighted temperature indicator. In cook mode, power levels range from 1 to 20, and in temp mode, the temperature ranges from 110°F to 400°F (43°C to 204°C). The unit requires a 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical connection, delivering 2600 watts and 10.8 amps. It complies with several standards, including ETL, FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation to NSF-4, and UL-STD 197.
