The Spring USA SS-FT-6022 Hidden Frost Top is a self-contained unit designed with dimensions of 60"W x 22"D and an overall height of 20-1/8". This product features a 1" flange and is compatible with countertops ranging from 1/4" to 1" thick. It is equipped with an on/off switch and a digital thermostat for precise temperature control. The one-piece construction includes a hermetically sealed compressor utilizing 404-a refrigerant, along with a thermostatic expansion valve with a drier and sight glass for enhanced efficiency. The unit is fully insulated with 2" polystyrene and features a 1-1/4" angle iron frame condenser housing, meticulously welded and sealed with silicone sealant for durability. The condenser base is made from 16-gauge stainless steel, while the housing is constructed from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring robust performance and longevity. Operating on 110-120v/60/1-ph with a 12.6 amp power consumption and generating 1380 watts, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified by NSF and UL, this frost top is not intended for use with marble surfaces. It’s an ideal solution for the food service industry, providing a reliable and efficient chilling surface for various applications.
