This serving counter features a 16/300 stainless steel flat top and an 18/430 stainless steel cabinet body, ensuring durability and a sleek appearance. The open front design includes a base shelf and 6”H casters for mobility and convenience. The built-in cold well is capable of accommodating two full-size pans, with controls and a compressor discreetly concealed by an apron. An adjustable food shield with 3/8” thick tempered glass and LED light enhances visibility and hygiene. This counter is convertible from self-service to full-service operation, providing flexibility for various service settings. The 48”W x 11”D stainless steel tray slide, equipped with folding brackets and installed at 34”AFF, adds further utility. Interlocking connection latches enable seamless joining with multiple counters, expanding service capabilities. The unit is wired to a 10’-0” cord and plug, ensuring easy electrical setup.
