Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, it swiftly chills up to 100 lbs from 160°F to 40°F in just 180 minutes. The unit offers four distinct chill settings and supports either five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, accommodating various food storage needs. The touch screen control interface enhances usability, complemented by a USB port for data management and an included label printer for easy organization. This blast chiller is equipped with three removable food probes and an auto defrost feature, ensuring precise temperature control and minimal maintenance. Its stainless steel interior and exterior, including sides, front, back, and bullnose top, ensure durability and easy cleaning. The chiller is mounted on 6" casters for mobility. Using non-flammable R-448A refrigerant, it operates with a 3/4 HP compressor.
