The True Refrigeration TFP-48-18M-D-2_LH Sandwich/Salad Unit Two-section is a versatile and efficient refrigeration solution tailored for the foodservice industry. This two-section unit features a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, ensuring consistent cooling performance. The stainless steel insulated cover provides durability and enhances temperature retention. A robust 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board further aids in food preparation tasks. The unit is designed with one solid hinged door and two drawers, each accommodating a 12" x 20" x 6"D pan, with additional capacity for various combinations of 1/9 size and 1/6 size pans per drawer, although pans are not included. The top section includes 18 1/6 size clear polycarbonate insert pans. Constructed with stainless steel front, top, and sides, and an aluminum back, the interior features an aluminum build with a stainless steel floor for superior hygiene and maintenance. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2" castors. With a power specification of 1/5 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, and 2.9 amps, it uses a NEMA 5-15P plug.
