This unit accommodates 18 poly pans of 1/6 size and 4 inches depth, making it suitable for storing a variety of ingredients. The SPEC Package 3 enhances functionality with a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8-inch by 1/2-inch thick cutting board. Secure storage is prioritized with two lockable doors and four lockable drawers—each drawer can hold one 12" x 20" x 6" deep pan and a combination of smaller pans, either three 1/9 size or six 1/6 size pans, alongside three 1/9 size pans per drawer (pans not included). The unit's digital temperature control and display allow precise monitoring and adjustments. Its robust construction includes a stainless steel front, sides, back, liner, and floor with coved corners, enhancing durability and ease of cleaning. Supported by 2-1/2 inch casters, it offers mobility and stability. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it runs on 115 volts/60 hertz/1-phase power, drawing 2.9 amps.
