The True Refrigeration TFP-48-18M-FGLID-SPEC3 SPEC SERIES® Sandwich/Salad Unit is a sophisticated two-section refrigeration solution perfect for foodservice establishments seeking reliability and efficiency. This unit boasts a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, ensuring consistent cooling performance. It comes equipped with (18) 1/6 size poly pans, each 4 inches deep, providing ample space for ingredients. The SPEC Package 3 enhances functionality with a heavy-duty flat glass lid and an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board for convenient food preparation. The unit’s design includes (2) lockable doors and (4) adjustable wire shelves coated in gray PVC for flexible storage. Digital temperature control and display offer precise monitoring of internal conditions. The exterior is crafted from stainless steel on the front, sides, and back, complemented by a stainless steel liner and floor with coved corners for easy cleaning. Mobility is facilitated by 2-1/2 inch casters. With a 1/5 HP motor operating on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 2.9 amps and utilizing a NEMA 5-15P plug, this unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified.
