The SPEC Package 3 comprises a stainless steel insulated cover and an 8-inch deep by 1/2-inch thick cutting board, enhancing both functionality and durability. Equipped with four drawers, each secured with locks, the unit accommodates two 12" x 20" x 6"D pans per drawer, although pans are not included. A digital temperature control and display maintain precise conditions, crucial for food safety and quality. The exterior is clad in stainless steel on all sides, including the liner and floor, which features coved corners for easy cleaning.
