Featuring a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration unit and powered by a 1/3 horsepower compressor, this unit operates on a 115v/60/1-ph electrical system with a 5.1-amp draw and a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit includes thirty 1/6 size (4"D) poly pans, ideal for a variety of salad and sandwich preparations. The SPEC Package 3 enhances its utility with a stainless steel insulated cover and a durable 8"D x 1/2" thick cutting board. Secure storage is assured with three doors equipped with locks, and interior organization is customizable with six gray PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves. The unit's construction boasts a stainless steel front, sides, back, liner, and floor with coved corners, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. For mobility, it is mounted on 2-1/2" casters.
