Maintaining a precise temperature range of 33 - 38°F, it ensures that milk stays fresh and safe for consumption. The unit is equipped with (3) heavy-duty floor racks and a digital thermometer for easy monitoring. Featuring a robust stainless steel exterior, interior, and floor, the cooler is built to last in high-use environments. The 4-inch casters offer mobility, making it convenient to reposition as needed in busy kitchens.
