It operates with a 33-41°F pan rail, facilitating optimal temperature maintenance for fresh ingredients, using eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit is equipped with eight drawers, all lockable, providing secure storage and accommodating up to two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans, though not included. It comes with 15 clear polycarbonate 1/3 size insert pans on top for organized ingredient management. A spacious 19-1/2"D cutting board enhances preparation efficiency.
