The True Refrigeration TPP-AT-60D-2-HC~SPEC3 SPEC SERIES® Pizza Prep is a high-performance food preparation unit designed specifically to meet the rigorous demands of the foodservice industry. It features a stainless steel cover and a pan rail that maintains temperatures between 33 - 41°F, ensuring optimal freshness for ingredients. The unit incorporates a 19-1/2"D cutting board, allowing for efficient and clean food preparation. With a combination of one full door and two drawers, each equipped with locks, this pizza prep table offers secure storage solutions. It accommodates two 12" x 20" x 8"D pans, although these are not included, providing flexibility for different storage needs. The unit comes with two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and includes eight 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans for the top section.
