The chef base is equipped with six robust drawers that can accommodate up to two 12" x 20" x 4" pans each, although these pans are not included. The exterior boasts a stainless steel front and sides, while the back is constructed with aluminum, adding to its resilience. Inside, the aluminum interior is complemented with a stainless steel floor, providing a reliable, easy-to-maintain surface. For mobility and convenience, the base sits on 4" castors. The unit utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP motor, operating on a 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection with a 4.4 amp draw, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
