This unit is equipped with eight 1/6 size polycarbonate pans, each with a depth of 4 inches, providing ample space for ingredients. A stainless steel insulated cover ensures temperature retention, while the 11-3/4"D cutting board offers a convenient surface for food preparation. The unit features one door and includes two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage. Constructed with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, along with an aluminum back and interior with a stainless steel floor, it combines durability with easy maintenance. The TSSU-27-08-HC utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and operates with a 1/5 HP compressor, 115v/60/1-ph electrical setup drawing 3.5 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P plug configuration.
