The SPEC Package 3 enhances functionality with (2) stainless steel insulated covers and an 8-7/8"D cutting board for efficient food preparation. This unit is built with (3) full doors equipped with locks, ensuring secure storage of ingredients. Inside, (6) gray PVC coated adjustable wire shelves provide customizable space management. The unit features a digital temperature control and display, allowing precise refrigeration management. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, back, interior liner, and floor with coved corners, this unit offers durability and easy cleaning. Operating on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, it is environmentally friendly, paired with a 1/2 HP motor, 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection, and drawing 7.2 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
