Engineered with smart voltage sensor technology exclusive to North America, it ensures efficient power management. Each deck accommodates a 16-inch pizza, making it ideal for pizzerias and bakeries with high-volume needs. The oven is equipped with internal catalytic converters, allowing for cleaner operation. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, it is designed for durability and aesthetic appeal. In addition, it comes with essential accessories including an oven cleaner, an oven guard, an aluminum paddle, two trigger sprayers, two standard racks, and two top & bottom jetplates. This oven features a rubber seal for secure surface mounting and complies with cULus, UL EPH Classified, TÃV, and CE standards.
