The TurboChef ECO ST EL BANDIDO ECS-9500-1001 (SS) ECO ST™ El Bandido Convection/Microwave Oven is a powerful rapid-cook oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a compact 16-3/4" width, this electric, ventless countertop oven offers an innovative external panini press mechanism featuring aluminum anodized upper and lower griddle press plates. The fully insulated cook chamber ensures optimal heat retention and can store up to 256 recipes, catering to diverse culinary needs. Equipped with an internal catalytic converter and smart voltage sensor technology (available in the US only), this oven maintains eco-friendly operations while delivering consistent performance. Its One Touch Controls simplify the cooking process, and the removable rack and grease collection pan, along with the bottom jet plate, facilitate easy maintenance. The oven's pull-down door, complete with an ergonomic handle, enhances user convenience. Included in the package is the TurboChef Cleaner and Guard Starter Kit, featuring a cleaner packet, a 24oz bottle, a Guard bottle, and two foamer triggers, along with an aluminum paddle and two solid PTFE baskets.
