The TurboChef ECS-9500-1005 (Fire Black) ECO ST™ El Bandido Convection/Microwave Oven is a state-of-the-art, rapid cook appliance designed for versatile culinary applications. This electric countertop oven is compact with a width of 16-3/4 inches, making it ideal for space-conscious kitchens. Its ventless design eliminates the need for additional ventilation, enhancing installation flexibility. The oven features an external panini press mechanism with anodized aluminum griddle press plates, ensuring uniform heat distribution. Its fully insulated cooking chamber stores up to 256 recipes, catering to diverse cooking needs. Equipped with an internal catalytic converter and smart voltage sensor technology (US only), it optimizes performance and energy efficiency. The user-friendly One Touch Controls, along with a removable rack and grease collection pan, simplify operation and maintenance. The bottom jet plate enhances heat distribution, while the pull-down door with an ergonomic handle facilitates safe access.
