The TurboChef I3_240/60/3 I3™ Microwave-Impingement Oven Rapid Cook Electric is a state-of-the-art cooking solution designed to meet the needs of diverse industry segments with its advanced features. Measuring 23 inches wide, this ventless countertop oven provides rapid cooking capabilities through a combination of microwave and impingement technologies. The appliance's fully insulated cook chamber ensures optimal energy efficiency, while the ability to store up to 200 recipes enhances operational convenience for busy kitchens. It incorporates an internal catalytic converter to minimize emissions, and its smart voltage sensor technology, available exclusively in the US, ensures versatile power use. The oven is equipped with a digital display and includes a removable rack and grease collection pan for easy maintenance. The top and bottom jet plates, complemented by a multi-speed impingement blower, enable precise cooking results. For added convenience, the unit includes two solid PTFE baskets, an aluminum paddle, and two trigger sprayers.
