Measuring 28.1 inches wide, it features a fully insulated cook chamber that is ventless, making it suitable for diverse kitchen environments without the need for additional ventilation systems. This oven can store up to 200 recipes, providing convenience for chefs with its digital display and smart voltage sensor technology, which is exclusively available for US markets. Constructed with durable stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, the TurboChef I5 is equipped with a pull-down door and ergonomic handle for easy access. Inside, it includes top and bottom jet plates and a multi-speed impingement blower to ensure even and rapid cooking. Additional features such as the removable rack and grease collection pan enhance its functionality and ease of maintenance. With the inclusion of an internal catalytic converter, this oven maintains a clean cooking environment. The unit comes with two solid PTFE baskets and a TurboChef Cleaner and Guard Starter Kit, which includes cleaner packets and bottles for sustained upkeep.
