With dimensions of 64-11/32" H x 31-1/2" W x 32-7/8" D, it can accommodate up to ten 18" x 26" sheet pans or five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans. This chiller/freezer operates within a broad temperature range of -40°F to 50°F, ensuring versatility for various chilling and freezing requirements. It features a multi-core probe with four reading points, allowing precise temperature monitoring, and operates at 230v/60/3-ph with 10.0 running amps. A UV sterilizer enhances sanitation, while the self-closing door with a 105° stop offers convenience and energy efficiency. Additional features include cycles for soft chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, and holding, alongside an auto-defrost function.
