The U-Line Corporation UCBF632-SS12A U-Line Commercial Blast Chiller / Freezer is a highly efficient reach-in unit designed for versatile commercial kitchen applications. With dimensions of 77-5/16"H x 31-1/2"W x 32-7/8"D, it accommodates up to 15 - 18" x 26" sheet pans or 7 - 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40°F to 50°F, facilitated by a multi-core probe with four reading points, ensuring precise temperature control. Powered by 230v/60/1-ph and using 16.0 running amps, it includes a UV sterilizer and various operational cycles such as soft chill, soft freeze, hard freeze, thawing, holding, and end-of-cycle hold mode. Additional features include autodefrost, a removable door gasket, and interior side racks. The self-closing door with a 105° stop enhances usability, while the unit is mounted on four casters, two of which are locking for stability. The 7" digital touch screen control with HACCP data tracker streamlines operation, and the use of R452A refrigerant ensures efficiency.
