It boasts a generous capacity capable of accommodating (10) 1/1 GN or (10) 12"x20" hotel size pans, making it a valuable asset for various culinary operations. Equipped with MIND.Maps™ technology, this oven allows for precise and programmable menu settings, enhancing culinary efficiency. The unit features a 2-11/16" shelf spacing and a robust glass door that opens from left to right, crafted from stainless steel for both its interior and exterior to ensure durability and hygiene. It's important to note that gas lines are not included with the oven and must be procured separately. For advanced data management, the oven is enabled with WIFI/USB connectivity for seamless data transfer to HACCP software. Operating at 1kW, 8 amps, and 120v/60/1-ph, it meets cETLus and NSF standards and carries an ENERGY STAR® rating. To ensure safety and reliability, UNOX brand casters with safety chains are required when using CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ Gas ovens, whether free-standing or countertop models.
