With a remarkable capacity to accommodate either ten 18" x 26" full-size sheets or twenty hotel-size pans, this oven is designed for high-volume operations. The innovative MIND.Maps™ technology allows programmable menu settings, offering precise control over cooking processes. Featuring a 2-11/16" shelf spacing, it ensures optimal heat distribution. The unit's construction includes a durable 316L stainless steel cooking chamber and a robust stainless steel exterior and interior, complemented by a glass door with right-to-left opening functionality. This oven supports WIFI/USB data transfer for seamless integration with HACCP software. Notably, gas lines must be purchased separately.
