The oven features a 3-5/16" shelf spacing and a glass door with a right-to-left opening for ease of use. Included in the package is the XEVTL-2021 trolley, specifically designed to hold 40 full hotel-size pans, with the option to convert to 20 full-size sheet pans using adapter grids GRP521. Constructed from marine-grade stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this oven promises durability and reliability. Operating at 2.6kW with a power requirement of 208-240v/60/1-ph, it delivers a substantial 307,093 BTU.
