The Venancio CO200E-DD Convection Oven Electric Double-deck is a highly efficient and versatile appliance, perfect for full-size, bakery depth operations that require precise and consistent baking results. Each deck of this robust convection oven is equipped with five chrome-plated racks, accommodating up to 12 rack positions with a minimum spacing of 1-1/2 inches (40 mm), allowing for flexible baking configurations. With a temperature control range from 150°F to 500°F, managed by a solid-state thermostat, this oven ensures optimal baking temperatures for a variety of recipes. The interior is illuminated by halogen lights, and features a porcelain-enameled cavity with removable tray supports for easy maintenance. The detachable doors, equipped with double pane windows, enhance safety and energy efficiency. This convection oven is powered by a 3/4 HP motor with two-speed options (1125 & 1725 RPM) featuring reverse rotation for even heat distribution. It includes two 11 kW heating elements, ensuring powerful and uniform cooking performance. Constructed with durable stainless steel panels and mounted on 4-inch (100 mm) locking swivel casters, the Venancio CO200E-DD is both sturdy and mobile.
