A unique 22-1/2"H two-piece stainless steel flue riser with a reversible and removable over shelf enhances its utility, while a 7" front rail and a removable crumb tray contribute to ease of use and maintenance. The stainless steel oven cavity, including the top, bottom, and sides, along with a fully welded stainless steel seamless oven door and a 14-gauge interlocking fully welded frame, ensures robustness and longevity.
