Powered by gas, this unit features four non-clog self-cleaning burners and removable cast iron grates, enhancing both durability and ease of maintenance. It offers independent manual control valves and a standing pilot for precise temperature management. The 24-inch wide, fully welded 3/4-inch griddle plate extends its cooking versatility. Its front, sides, and splash guard are crafted from stainless steel, complemented by a grease trough, ensuring resilience and easy cleaning in high-traffic environments. Two standard ovens with spark ignition, each equipped with three racks and four rack positions, provide ample baking and roasting capacity. A 22.5-inch high two-piece stainless steel flue riser, reversible and removable over shelf, enhances ventilation and storage convenience. Featuring a 7-inch front rail and a stainless steel removable crumb tray, this range integrates seamlessly into various kitchen setups. The ovens boast a fully welded stainless steel seamless door and cavity, constructed from 14-gauge interlocking fully welded frame for added strength. Adjustable 6-inch legs ensure stability, while delivering an impressive 182,000 BTU output. The range is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an LP conversion kit and pressure regulator included.
