This 60" wide range features four two-piece cast iron non-clog burners, ensuring consistent heat distribution and durability for demanding cooking environments. The removable cast iron grates allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. Each burner is equipped with independent manual control valves and a standing pilot for precise heat management. The unit also includes a 36"W, 3/4" thick polished steel griddle, ideal for a variety of cooking techniques. Its robust stainless steel construction, including the front, sides, splash guard, and grease trough, ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The range includes two standard ovens, each fitted with spark ignition, three racks, and four shelf positions, offering flexibility for different baking and roasting needs. The oven cavity is stainless steel-lined on the front, bottom, and sides, and features fully welded seamless doors for added durability. A 22-1/2"H two-piece back guard with removable over shelf provides additional utility, while the 7" front rail enhances safety.
