This range features eight two-piece cast iron non-clog burners, each with removable cast iron grates and independent manual control valves, allowing precise cooking control. Equipped with two convection ovens, each featuring a two-speed fan and spark ignitions, this range supports efficient baking with three racks and four shelf positions per oven. Its durable construction includes a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 14-gauge interlocking fully welded frame for added stability. The enamel oven cavity, covering the top, bottom, and sides, ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit is designed with a 22-1/2" high two-piece back guard, complete with a removable over shelf, along with a 7" front rail for added convenience. The Venancio range operates at a powerful 316,000 BTU and 1/4 HP, with dual 115v/60/1-ph electrical inputs drawing 3.7 amps, cord and plug included. Additional features include 6" adjustable legs for customizable height.
