This two-section unit features two self-closing doors and includes four epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. Its stainless steel top is designed with openings to accommodate twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10-inch cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. The table's functionality is enhanced by locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for convenient access. With full electronic control, stainless steel doors, front, and sides, and an aluminum interior, this prep table is built for durability and longevity. It includes Santoprene gaskets with a two-year warranty and is equipped with a rear mount refrigeration system using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/6 HP motor.
