The Victory VSPD48HC-12-2 UltraSpec™ Series Sandwich Prep Table Powered By V-Core™ is a two-section refrigeration unit that stands at 48 inches wide, making it an optimal choice for dynamic foodservice environments. Featuring a 13.0 cubic feet capacity, this prep table is engineered with a self-contained refrigeration system utilizing R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, supported by a 1/6 HP rear mount refrigeration system. It includes a self-closing door with Santoprene gaskets, backed by a two-year warranty, and two epoxy-coated shelves for organized storage. The unit incorporates two drawers, an upper one accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and a lower one for two 6-inch deep pans, though pans are not included. The stainless-steel top is designed with openings for twelve 1/6 size pans, complemented by a 10-inch cutting board made of durable white polyethylene plastic. For efficient operation, it features locking divider bars, a hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, and full electronic control. Constructed with a stainless-steel door, front, and sides, alongside an aluminum interior, this unit meets cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards.
