It measures 48 inches wide and provides a generous 13.0 cubic feet capacity, making it an excellent choice for busy food service environments. This two-section unit features a self-contained refrigeration system powered by V-Core™, utilizing eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. It includes one self-closing door and two epoxy-coated shelves, alongside two drawers designed to accommodate pans of varying depths—4 inches in the upper drawer and 6 inches in the lower drawer (pans not included). The stainless steel top is designed with openings for 18 one-sixth size pans and features a 10-inch cutting board made from durable white polyethylene plastic. Additionally, the unit incorporates locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for secure storage.
