The Victory VSPD72HC-18-4 UltraSpec™ Series Sandwich Prep Table Powered By V-Core™ is a versatile refrigeration solution designed for the food service industry. This three-section prep table boasts a 72-inch width and a 20.0 cubic feet capacity, providing ample space for efficient food preparation and storage. It features a self-contained refrigeration system with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, powered by a 1/3 HP rear-mounted compressor, ensuring optimal cooling performance and energy efficiency. The unit is equipped with one self-closing door, two epoxy-coated shelves, and four drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and the lower drawer accommodating two 6-inch deep pans, although pans are not included. Its stainless steel top includes openings for eighteen 1/6 size pans and is complemented by a 10-inch cutting board made of durable white polyethylene plastic. The table also includes locking divider bars, a hinged insulated flat lift-up lid, and full electronic controls for ease of use. Constructed with a stainless steel door, front, and sides, and an aluminum interior, it is designed to withstand rigorous commercial environments. The Santoprene gaskets come with a two-year warranty. Certified by cULus, UL EPH, and UL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA, ensuring high-quality standards and reliability.
