The Victory VSPD72HC-30B-2 UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich Prep Table Powered By V-Core™ is engineered for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. This three-section unit spans 72 inches wide, with a self-contained design that offers a spacious 20.0 cubic feet capacity. It features two self-closing doors and four epoxy-coated shelves, providing ample storage for various ingredients and supplies. Additionally, the table includes two drawers; the upper drawer accommodates two 4-inch deep pans, while the lower drawer is designed for two 6-inch deep pans, though pans are not included. The stainless steel top is equipped with openings for thirty 1/6 size pans and a 10-inch cutting board crafted from durable white polyethylene plastic, complete with locking divider bars for organized storage. A hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid ensures ingredients remain fresh. With full electronic control, a stainless steel door, front, and sides, and an aluminum interior, this prep table is built for durability. Featuring Santoprene gaskets with a two-year warranty, the unit utilizes a rear mount refrigeration system powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor. Certified by cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, this product is proudly made in the USA.
