The Victory VSPD72HC-30B-6 UltraSpec™ Series Big Top Sandwich Prep Table Powered By V-Core™ is a high-performance refrigeration unit designed to meet the demanding needs of commercial kitchens. This three-section prep table measures 72 inches wide and boasts a self-contained refrigeration system with a total capacity of 20.0 cubic feet. It features six drawers, with the upper drawer accommodating two 4-inch deep pans and the lower drawer fitting two 6-inch deep pans, although the pans are not included with the unit. The stainless steel top is engineered with openings for up to thirty 1/6 size pans, supported by a durable 10-inch cutting board made from white polyethylene plastic. The unit also includes locking divider bars and a hinged, insulated flat lift-up lid for maximum efficiency. Technologically advanced, it is equipped with full electronic control and uses a rear-mounted refrigeration system powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The robust construction features a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by an aluminum interior and Santoprene gaskets, which come with a two-year warranty.
