These insulated wells are ideal for maintaining precise temperatures in a wet operation setting. The unit measures an overall dimension of 28-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, ensuring a compact but effective fit in various kitchen layouts. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a conveniently accessible panel, complemented by a power indicator light for monitoring. The unit's drip-free flange design minimizes mess, while the 1" copper manifold drain provides efficient liquid management through individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff. The top is constructed from durable 18 gauge stainless steel, and the exterior housing is made from 18 gauge galvanized steel, enhancing durability and longevity.
