The Vollrath 3640481HD Hot Food Well Unit Drop-In Electric is a versatile and efficient solution for commercial kitchens seeking to maintain optimal food temperatures. This unit features three individual 12" x 20" insulated wells crafted from 20-gauge, 316 marine-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. With an overall dimension of 41-1/2”W x 26”D x 21-1/2”H, the unit is designed for wet operation only, enhancing the quality of food preservation through consistent moisture levels. It includes an auto-fill system and individual thermostatic controls mounted in a convenient panel with a cord, allowing precise temperature management for each well. The inclusion of a power indicator light ensures easy monitoring. A drip-free flange and 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff add to its functionality. The top is made from 18-gauge stainless steel, complemented by a robust stainless steel exterior housing. This unit requires a cutout size of 40-3/4"W x 25-1/4"D with a 7/8" corner radius and operates at 3000 watts, 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 25.0 amps.
