The wells are insulated for optimized heat retention, operating exclusively in wet conditions for precise temperature control. It measures 54-3/4" wide by 26" deep by 21-1/2" high overall, with a cutout size of 54" wide by 25-1/4" deep, requiring a 7/8" corner radius for installation. The wells are equipped with individual infinite controls, conveniently mounted on a panel with an attached cord, allowing customized heat settings for various food types. The unit also includes a power indicator light for easy monitoring. Its 1" copper manifold drain system features individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff to facilitate efficient drainage.
