It features four individual wells, each measuring 12" x 20", crafted from 20-gauge, 316 marine-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. This unit is engineered for wet operation only and includes an auto-fill feature, making it ideal for maintaining the temperature of various hot foods. Each well is insulated and comes with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a panel with a cord, providing precise temperature management. The unit has a power indicator light for easy monitoring. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, contributing to its robust build and sleek appearance. The drip-free flange and 1" copper manifold drain system, with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff, facilitate hassle-free maintenance. Operating at 4000 watts with a voltage requirement of 208-240v/60/1-ph and drawing 14.4-16.7 amps, it comes with a NEMA 6-30P cord.
