This unit features six individual wells, each measuring 12" x 20", constructed from 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel for superior insulation and durability. The overall dimensions of the unit are 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, making it a substantial addition to any kitchen setup. Designed exclusively for wet operation, it ensures optimal heat distribution and efficient food warming. Each well is equipped with individual infinite controls mounted in a panel with a cord, allowing for precise adjustment of temperatures.
