The unit operates on a wet system only, promoting efficient heat distribution across all wells. With dimensions of 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H, it provides ample capacity for various food types. Each well is equipped with its own thermostatic control, conveniently mounted in a panel with a cord, allowing precise temperature management. The product includes a power indicator light and a drip-free flange for enhanced operational ease. A 1" copper manifold drain featuring individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensures easy maintenance and cleaning. The top is crafted from 18-gauge stainless steel while the exterior housing is made from 18-gauge galvanized steel, offering robust protection and durability.
