The Vollrath 3647670HD Hot Food Well Unit Drop-In Electric is a highly specialized kitchen appliance designed for wet operation, featuring six individual wells, each measuring 12" x 20", crafted from 20 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel for enhanced durability and insulation. This unit measures 81-1/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall, with an 80-1/2"W x 25-1/4"D cutout size, requiring a 7/8" corner radius. It is equipped with individual thermostatic controls mounted in a panel with a cord and includes a power indicator light for user convenience. The unique drip-free flange and 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff ensure a clean and efficient operation, making it suitable for a variety of food service applications. The top is constructed from 18 gauge stainless steel, matching the stainless steel exterior housing, and includes positioning clips for secure installation.
