The Vollrath 38117 ServeWell® Hot Food Table is a meticulously designed unit tailored for commercial food service environments, featuring three wells and dimensions of 46"W x 32"D x 34"H. Engineered with Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells, each well is equipped with brass drain valves to ensure durability and ease of maintenance. The table incorporates individual capillary tube thermostatic controls, enabling precise temperature management for each well. Enhanced by cast-in dome heating elements, it efficiently maintains desired temperatures. A low-water indicator light provides a safety measure, alerting operators when water levels are insufficient. Designed with mechanical guards on all controls, this unit prioritizes user safety. The open base design includes a stainless steel undershelf for additional storage. This ServeWell® model also features a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for added functionality. Its stainless steel construction ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Adjustable legs provide stability on uneven surfaces. Operating at 1800-2400 watts with a 10.0 amp draw, it requires a 208-240v/60/1-ph power connection, facilitated by a 10' cord with a NEMA 6-15P plug.
