The table incorporates individual capillary tube thermostatic controls, enabling precise temperature management for each well. Enhanced by cast-in dome heating elements, it efficiently maintains desired temperatures. A low-water indicator light provides a safety measure, alerting operators when water levels are insufficient. Designed with mechanical guards on all controls, this unit prioritizes user safety. The open base design includes a stainless steel undershelf for additional storage. This ServeWell® model also features a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for added functionality.
