This charbroiler offers either radiant or lava rock setups and includes lava rock for enhanced grilling performance. Equipped with eight burners strategically placed every 6 inches, it delivers a powerful output of 160,000 BTU, ensuring efficient and even cooking. The reversible top grates made from cast iron allow flexibility in grilling styles, while the 19-inch cooking surface depth accommodates larger quantities of food. Safety and precision are enhanced with manual metal control knobs featuring knob guards. The construction of the charbroiler is durable, combining stainless steel and aluminized steel with stainless burner construction for longevity.
