Been using Vollrath pans since my uncle brought an omelette pan back from IHOP (pretty sure he stole it). Great nonstick function and longevity even under high heat and the pans are incredibly durable. This one is steel so the bottom doesn’t deform like larger aluminum pans often do on electric ranges using high heat. I also like the high handle angle that makes maneuvering it easier. The only downside is that it is quite heavy when fully loaded so it can tax grip and wrist strength when transferring to plate food or strain contents.
