The Vollrath 69718S-1-VCL V-Class Custom Downdraft Vent System is an advanced ventilation solution designed for various industrial applications. Featuring an 18-inch tall tempered curved breathguard, this system is integrated with the ANSUL R-102 Fire Suppression System, ensuring enhanced safety measures. It operates as a downdraft recirculating vent, equipped with two grease and two carbon/particulate filters, optimizing air quality and safety. The system includes one 59501 Mirage Drop-In Range and a rectangle countertop cutting board, which can be positioned at a non-induction location on either the left or right side. Constructed with stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides, and mounted on 5-inch casters with adjustable legs, it offers both durability and mobility. Certified to UL710B, UL197, and UL-Sanitation standards, and NSF certified to NSF4, it meets the stringent requirements of EPA Method 202 from Section 59 of UL710B and NFPA96.
