The Vollrath 69722C-1-SL 4-Series Signature Server® Custom Downdraft Vent System is a specialized unit designed for efficient ventilation in commercial settings. This system includes a base and a 22-inch high tempered curved breathguard, integrated with the ANSUL R-102 fire suppression system for enhanced safety. It features a downdraft recirculating vent equipped with two grease and two carbon/particulate filters, ensuring effective air purification and odor control. Additionally, the system comes with a rectangular countertop cutting board and stainless steel kickplates on the front, left, and right sides. The unit is mounted on 5-inch casters with adjustable legs for mobility and stability. Certified by UL to standards UL710B, UL197, and UL-Sanitation, and by NSF to NSF4, it meets EPA test method 202 requirements from section 59 of UL710B and NFPA96, with emissions under 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef.
