This system integrates a 22-inch tall tempered curved breathguard that enhances safety and functionality. It features dual grease and carbon/particulate filters, ensuring efficient air purification. The included 59501 Mirage Drop-In Range and a rectangular countertop cutting board provide versatile cooking arrangements. The system is equipped with stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides, and 5-inch casters with adjustable legs for mobility and stability. Certified to UL710B, UL197, and UL-Sanitation standards, it also meets NSF4 certification and complies with EPA Method 202 from Section 59 of UL710B & NFPA96, with emissions less than 5.00 mg/m3 using 30% fat ground beef. Made-to-order in the USA, this sophisticated system is ideal for various segments in the food service industry.
